Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in Siegelsbach, Germany and manufactured by the trusted European company Mann & Schröder. For over 60 years Mann & Schröder have been developing and producing beauty and personal care products of excellent quality to all of Europe.

What makes your products Vegan?

Our products do not contain any animal ingredients, or animal derived ingredients and are manufactured in a cruelty-free environment.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. All of our products and ingredients are not tested on animals. Sorelle Care is dedicated to providing our customers with products with the safest ingredients that are tested and made through an ethical practice.

Do you offer gifts?

How do I submit a review for a product?

Simply locate the product on our website that you would like to review, then located under the product information click ‘Write A Review’.

Do I need a SorelleCare.com account to place an order?

No, setting up an account for purchases is optional.

Most of our communication regarding your order occurs automatically by email.

What are your payment methods?

Sorelle Care accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. You can also complete your order through paypal.

What currency is the displayed price in?

All of our prices are displayed in USD

The item I want to purchase is sold out. What do I do now?

Some pages have an "email me" feature that lets us notify you when your product is back! If the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.

How will I know if my order has been received?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email notification.

How do I view the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which you will be able to monitor as it is being delivered to you.
